Arborpoint at Woodland Station: Friendly 40b TOD incorporating 180 rental units, with 25% affordable units and a structured parking garage.
Avenir at North Station: 10-floor mixed-use TOD that includes retail, a 121 space parking garage and 241 residential units, including 17 affordable units.
Arboretum Place at Forest Hills Station: This proposed TOD project includes 46,000 square feet of prime commercial space in two buildings adjacent to the Forest Hills Station.
The Carruth at Ashmont Station: Mixed use development resulting in the construction of 116 units of mixed income housing, 10,000 sq.ft. of retail and 80 underground parking spaces.

The MBTA Development and Real Estate Department's mission is to provide for the efficient management of the MBTA's real estate assets and the production of non-fare revenues to support the MBTA's operations.
