The property is located off Parker Street and adjacent to the MBTA Newburyport Station in Newburyport, Massachusetts. The city is in the process of establishing a Smart Growth District to encourage growth in accordance with the purposes of M.G.L. Chapter 40R. The city's goal in establishing the Smart Growth District is to provide development at the Newburyport MBTA station characterized by a mix of residential and non-residential uses at a higher density than allowed in the general business districts of the city. Readville Yard 5 - Boston, MA

Development offering of approximately 21 acres of land located in Boston's Hyde Park neighborhood off of West Milton and Sprague Streets. The site was originally slated to be utilized as a mid day layover facility for storage of commuter rail trains, though never utilized for this purpose and has recently been remediated in a coordinated effort with the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection. Readville Yard No. 5 lies in the midst of multi-modal public transportation given its location at the Readville Commuter Rail Station and its proximity to MBTA Bus Service.
